数字经济驱动泉州传统产业转型升级的机制、基础及路径

摘要
数字经济从经济模式变革、技术赋能、产业协同三方面作用于传统产业,已成为驱动泉州传统产业转型升级的新动能.当前,政策的指引与支持、数字经济建设的阶段性成效,以及良好的产业基础为泉州传统产业数字化转型升级提供了有利条件.然而,传统产业转型升级也面临着数字经济龙头企业少、数字化转型技术壁垒、资金和人才供给不足等困境.因此,泉州应以夯实基础、强化保障、因企制宜、拓展共享、立足本土等作为抓手,赋能数字经济建设,助推传统产业转型升级实现高质量发展.
Abstract
The digital economy has acted on traditional industries from the three aspects of economic model transformation,technology empowerment and industrial collaboration.It has become a new driving force for the transformation and upgrading of Quanzhou's traditional industries.At present,the guidance and support from government policies,a good industrial foundation and the phased results of digital economy construction provide favorable conditions for the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional indus-tries.However,Quanzhou's traditional industries transformation and upgrading is also facing difficulties such as few leading enterprises in the digital economy,technical barriers,and insufficient supply of funds and talents.Therefore,Quanzhou City should take a series of measures such as consolidating the founda-tion,strengthening protection,adapting measures to enterprise conditions,expanding sharing,and ba-sing itself on the local area to empower the construction of the digital economy and promote the high-quality development of traditional industries.
