摘要
总体国家安全观是国家安全在理论、制度等方面的实践和创新.总体国家安全观的核心要义集中体现为"十个坚持".总体国家安全观是对马克思恩格斯系统性思维的继承和发展,是对中国优秀传统文化"仁爱善良""以民为本"思想的继承与发展,是中国共产党在 21 世纪国家安全理论的重大创造性发展.践行总体国家安全观,需要统筹发展和安全的关系,以政治安全为基础,不断健全国家安全工作机制、完善国家安全法律法规体系、加强宣传教育体系建设.
Abstract
The overall national security concept is the practice and innovation of national security in theo-ry,system,and other aspects.The core essence of the overall national security concept is reflected in the"Ten Adherences".The overall national security concept is the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels'systematic thinking,the"benevolence and kindness"and"people-oriented"thoughts in China's excellent traditional culture,and the major creative development of the CPC's national security theory in the 21st century.To practice the overall national security concept,it is necessary to coordinate the rela-tionship between development and security,based on political security,continuously improve the nation-al security work mechanism,improve the national security legal and regulatory system,and strengthen the construction of the propaganda and education system.
