高校教师教学能力评价体系建构——基于全国103所高校的实证研究

运用文本分析法、问卷与访谈调查法等,从评价指标体系、评价体制机制、评价保障体系三方面对我国本科高校教师教学能力评价现状开展调查.研究发现:当前高校教师教学能力评价指标体系缺乏系统性与规范性,评价体制机制不尽完善,评价保障体系仍不健全.未来高校应从转变评价理念、优化评价指标体系、完善评价体制机制与健全评价保障体系等方面改善相关工作.
The System Construction of the Teaching Ability Evaluation of University Teachers:Based on an Empirical Research from 103 Universities
Using text analysis,questionnaire and interview survey method,the current situation of univer-sity teachers'teaching ability evaluation was investigated from three aspects:evaluation index system,e-valuation system mechanism and evaluation guarantee system.The study found that the current evaluation index system of university teachers'teaching ability was not systematic and normative,the evaluation system and mechanism was not perfect,and the evaluation guarantee system was still not perfect.In the future,universities should improve the related work by changing the evaluation concept,optimizing the evaluation index system,perfecting the evaluation system and mechanism,and perfecting the evaluation guarantee system.
