利用有限单元法对履带起重机臂架进行压弯稳定性分析,并验证长度系数μ<,3>的影响作用.长度系数μ<,3>对履带起重机的作用主要体现在对臂架拉板的影响,为此,采用无臂架拉板和有臂架拉板2种形式建立有限元模型,进行屈曲分析,结合起重机规范中的经验公式计算臂架的压弯稳定性,通过2种方法的结果对比来说明长度系数μ<,3>,的影响.
Using the finite element method. the paper analyzes the bending stability of the crawler crane boom, and verifies the impact of the length factor μ3 . The impact on the boom pull board is the main embodiment of impact on the crawler crane imposed by the length coefficient μ3 , therefore, the paper adopts two methods of with and without hoom pull board to build finite element models for the buckling analysis, calculates the bending stability of the boom with the experience formula of the crane specification and illustrates the impact of the length factor μ3 by comparing the results of the 2 methods.
