The performance and the comprehensive life test evaluation of electric hoist are the key parts in the development or testing process. The all-item test rig system described in the paper enables automatic test evaluation of various e-lectric hoists, and particularly applies the hydraulic regulation system that can adjust the distance between the two girders, so that it can meet the test requirements of different gauge trolley electric hoists and dual suspension trolley electric hoists. The paper describes the structure, function modules and technical parameters of the test rig.
