目前电动葫芦能效测试均为人工现场逐台测试、逐台分析, 测试自动化程度低, 测试数据分散, 不利于大数据的采集和分析, 不利于电动葫芦节能设计研究和节能设备选用.文中采用物联网技术、自动化控制技术和云计算技术, 研发了一款集成化、自动化、智能化的电动葫芦能效采集和分析系统, 实现了能效参数远程采集、多台同时运行、无人值守、自动化测试和数据分析.为电动葫芦能效关键技术研究、节能设计、节能设备选用和节能监管提供了技术工具.
Currently, the energy efficiency test of electric hoist can only be carried out one by one by related personnel on the site, so does the analysis, therefore the test automation is low and the data is disperse, which is not convenient to the collection and analysis of big data, energy-saving design research and energy-saving equipment selection of electric hoist.In the paper, an integrated, automatic and intelligent energy efficiency collection and analysis system for electric hoist is developed by using Internet of Things technology, automation control technology and cloud computing technology, which enables remote collection of energy efficiency parameters, simultaneous operation of multiple sets, unattended operation, automatic testing and data analysis. It provides technical tools for the research of key energy efficiency technologies, energy-saving design, energy-saving equipment selection and energy-saving supervision of electric hoist.
