门式起重机风载稳定性分析

摘要
造船门式起重机常位于沿江、沿海口岸,地理位置属于多风地带,由于设备本身结构迎风面积大这一特征,风载荷是影响其结构强度、刚度以及稳定性的重要因素之一.文中基于起重机承受风场动载荷这一特征,分别建立加筋板动力学响应及稳定性理论分析模型,分析加筋板结构在风载荷作用下稳定性的相关影响因素及其影响规律,为后续基于稳定性的安全评估提供理论基础.
Abstract
Shipbuilding gantry cranes often appear in windy ports along the river and coastal areas.Due to the large windward area of the equipment,wind load is one of the important factors affecting the strength,stiffness and stability of the structure.In this paper,considering the crane's dynamic load in the wind field,the theoretical analysis models of dynamic response and stability of stiffened plate were constructed respectively,and the influencing factors and laws of the stability of stiffened plate structure under wind load were analyzed,which provides theoretical basis for the subsequent safety assessment based on stability.
