摘要

为验证飞机牵引车在舰船上的抗冲击性能是否满足设计要求,文中以飞机牵引车为研究对象,对其进行抗冲击仿真分析与试验.首先建立飞机牵引车冲击力学模型,分析其在冲击载荷下的振动形态的变化;然后建立了飞机牵引车有限元模型,并搭建其作为A级舰船设备的冲击环境,在有限元分析软件中进行抗冲击分析,获得其在冲击作用下的结构响应云图,判断飞机牵引车主要结构的抗冲击强度;最后,在抗冲击技术研究实验室进行实车抗冲击试验,得到主要结构冲击测试数据.从抗冲击仿真分析和实车冲击试验 2 方面验证了研制的飞机牵引车满足A级舰船设备的抗冲击要求.

Abstract

In order to verify whether the impact resistance of the aircraft tractor on the ship meets the relevant design requirements,in this paper,the impact resistance simulation analysis and test were carried out by taking the aircraft tractor as the research object.Firstly,an impact mechanical model of aircraft tractor was established to analyze the change of vibration form under impact load.Then,a finite element model of aircraft tractor was established,and the impact environment was created for Class A ship equipment,and the impact resistance analysis was carried out by using finite element analysis software,and the structural response nephogram under impact was obtained to judge the impact strength of the main structure of aircraft tractor.Finally,the impact test of the real vehicle was carried out in the research laboratory of impact technology,and the impact test data of the main structures were obtained.The results of impact-resistance simulation analysis and real vehicle impact test show that the developed aircraft tractor meets the impact-resistance requirements of Class A ship equipment.
