摘要
文中针对旋转机械的故障诊断,介绍了旋转机械监测诊断最新理论,分机械部件类别详细阐述了面向轴承、减速器、风机的 3 种用于早期故障诊断的微弱故障信号识别技术.为提高故障诊断的准确性,分机械部件类别(轴承、减速器、风机)构建了旋转机械故障诊断系统,描述了系统的总体框架、状态监测模块、故障诊断模块、故障档案库等,在编制软件平台的基础上,对平台的成功应用情况进行了分享.
Abstract
In this paper,as for the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery,the latest theories about monitoring and diagnosis of rotating machinery are introduced,and three kinds of weak fault signal identification technologies for early fault diagnosis of bearings,reducers and fans are explained in detail according to the categories of mechanical components.In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,a fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery was constructed according to mechanical components(bearing,reducer and fan),and the overall framework,condition monitoring module,fault diagnosis module and fault archive of the system were introduced.Based on the establishment of the software platform,the successful application of the platform is shared.
