摘要

物料输送行业近年来对堆场的信息化、无人化需求迫切,为改善作业环境,提升作业效率,实现精益化管理,创建基于堆取料机无人值守的数字化煤场系统具有很大的市场前景,文中以某项目为例,介绍了目标用途,分析了工作原理,设计了系统构成.实际应用表明:系统的应用实现了料流稳定目的,达到了预期效果.

Abstract

Considering the urgent demand for information and unmanned storage yard in the material conveying industry in recent years,it has great market prospect to create an unattended digital coal yard system based on stacker and reclaimer in order to improve the working environment,enhance working efficiency and realize lean management.In this paper,taking a project as an example,the target purpose is introduced,the working principle is analyzed and the system structure is designed.The application results show that the material flow stability and expected effect are realized by adopting this system.
