冶金起重机卷筒车削加工阻尼防振动装置研究及应用

摘要
文中以冶金起重机卷筒为研究对象,介绍了冶金起重机卷筒的结构特点,论述了车床车削加工卷筒时的加工方法,对冶金起重机卷筒车削加工时产生振动的原因进行了分析,针对卷筒产生振动的原因给出了相应的解决方案.设计了一种冶金起重机卷筒车削加工用的阻尼防振动装置,该装置可用于减小卷筒车削加工过程中产生的振动.此次冶金起重机卷筒车削加工时减小振动的方法为其他类似结构卷筒的车削加工提供了参考,该工装的使用不仅保证了卷筒的加工精度,也提升了卷筒的加工效率.
Abstract
In this paper,taking the drum of metallurgical crane as the research object,the structural characteristics of the drum of metallurgical crane are introduced,the processing methods used in turning the drum of metallurgical crane are discussed,the causes of vibration during turning the drum of metallurgical crane are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given.A damping and anti-vibration device for turning the drum of metallurgical crane was designed,which can reduce the vibration generated in the turning process of the drum and serve as a reference for turning other drums with similar structures.The use of this tool not only ensures the machining accuracy of the drum,but also improves the machining efficiency of the drum.
