摘要
文中阐述了螺旋卸船机的工作原理,并应用EDEM对螺旋卸船机水平物料输送过程中的料流状态进行模拟仿真分析,分析结果对水平螺旋装置的结构尺寸确定、物料输送过程中的运动状态确定及控制提供了依据,同时对物料输送过程中的运动状态提供了一种分析方法.
Abstract
In this paper,the working principle of the screw ship unloader is expounded,and the material transportation state of the screw ship unloader in the horizontal material conveying process was simulated and analyzed by EDEM.The analysis results provide a basis for determining the structural size of the horizontal screw device,determining and controlling the motion state in the material conveying process,and provide an method for the analysis of motion state in the material conveying process.
