关于建立缺陷起重机召回制度的探究

摘要
为了强化起重机械生产企业主体责任,有效提升起重机械的产品质量,文中结合一起起重机事故,比较了美国召回制度,同时研究了我国开展缺陷特种设备的情况,并对缺陷起重机械召回相关制度的建立、起重机械召回缺陷评估、缺陷起重机械召回主体及程序等进行了分析阐述,指出了建立特种设备召回的法规体系的重要性和必要性.
Abstract
In order to strengthen the main responsibility awareness of hoisting machinery manufacturers and effectively improve the quality of hoisting machinery,in this paper,the recall system in the United States is compared with a crane accident,and the situation of defective special equipment in China is studied.The establishment,evaluation,main body and procedure of defective crane recall system are analyzed,and the importance and necessity of establishing a legal system on special equipment recall system are pointed out.
