门式起重机静载稳定性分析

摘要
基于起重机中加筋板实际静载承载情况,文中分别建立加筋板理论分析及有限元数值分析模型,分析加筋板结构在平面内载荷作用下稳定性相关影响因素及其影响规律,探讨了起重机典型承载结构加筋板几何尺寸和初始缺陷对结构稳定性影响的理论规律,获得结构稳定性主要影响因素,为门式重机稳定性安全评估提供一定理论依据.
Abstract
Based on the actual static load bearing of stiffened plate of crane,models were established for theoretical analysis and finite element numerical analysis of stiffened plate respectively,and the influencing factors and laws of the stability of stiffened plate structure under in-plane load were analyzed.In addition,the author also discussed the theoretical law of the influence of the geometric size and initial defects of the stiffened plate of the typical load-bearing structure of the crane on the structural stability,and obtained the main influencing factors of the structural stability,which provides a theoretical basis for the stability and safety evaluation of the gantry crane.
