摘要
文中充分调研机械制造企业备品备件采购现状,分析管理特点,找出突出问题.从供应链角度出发,通过需求分析预测,应用经济订货批量模型,讨论最佳采购量、采购周期及产品价格对成本控制的影响等内容,最后从数据统计,分析研判,内部沟通,采购流程,库存管理,人员培训等方面,为企业在备品备件采购管理中提供成本控制的优化建议,指导相关企业综合考量,科学决策.
Abstract
In this paper,the author fully investigated the present situation of spare parts procurement in machinery manufacturing enterprises,analyzed the management characteristics and found outstanding problems.From the point of view of supply chain,through the analysis and prediction of demand,the influence of optimal purchase quantity,purchase cycle and product price on cost control is discussed by applying the economic order batch model.Finally,from the aspects of data statistics,analysis and judgment,internal communication,procurement process,inventory management,personnel training,etc.,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the cost control of spare parts procurement management in enterprises,which can be used as a reference for relevant enterprises to make scientific decisions.
