With the rapid development of logistics and warehousing industry,the demand for warehouse equipment is increasing,and the application of stacking crane,as the core equipment of warehouse,is becoming more and more extensive,resulting in the factory's insufficient capacity to meet the market demand.In order to improve the processing efficiency of the stacking crane,the author made an adaptive design with reference to the single-beam structure of the bridge crane,and applied it to the column structure of the stacking crane,and verified the mechanical performance gap between the new structure and the original structure through finite element analysis.Based on the comparison results,the new structure was optimized to be better than the original structure.
