摘要
螺旋卸船机作为一种环保型连续卸船机械,主要用于卸载散货.文中阐述了一种在臂架输送系统中采用带式输送与螺旋输送组合的新型螺旋卸船机,分析了此种结构形式的特点,比较了另一种全水平螺旋输送的优缺点,提出了新的螺旋卸船机设计总体思路.新型螺旋卸船机提高了作业时的灵活性、通用性、节能性.
Abstract
As an environment-friendly continuous ship unloader,screw ship unloader is mainly used in the unloading of bulk cargo.In this paper,a new type of screw ship unloader which adopts the combination of belt conveyor and screw conveyor in boom conveyor system is described,the characteristics of this structure are analyzed,and its advantages and disadvantages are compared with another full-horizontal screw conveyor,which changes the overall design idea of screw ship unloader.This new screw ship unloader improves the flexibility,universality and energy saving performance during operation.
