伸缩式链条输送机设计及应用

摘要
在自动化立体仓库输送系统中,穿过防火卷帘门区域有 2 种类型的链条输送机,分析这 2 种链条输送机的特点和不足,设计出 1 种新型伸缩式链条输送机.文中介绍伸缩式链条输送机的组成、工作原理、结构,根据伸缩机构的运行情况,进行导轨滑块的受力分析、齿轮齿条的功率扭矩计算.伸缩式链条输送机具有运行稳定可靠、伸缩距离长、标准化设计等特点,适用于不同规格的防火卷帘门.
Abstract
In the automatic three-dimensional warehouse transportation system,the chain conveyors passing through the fire shutter door area can be divided into two types.By analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of these two kinds of chain conveyors,a new design of telescopic chain conveyor is put forward.The composition,working principle and structure of telescopic chain conveyor are introduced.According to the operation of telescopic mechanism,the force analysis of guide rail slider and the power and torque calculation of rack and pinion were carried out.With the characteristics of stable and reliable operation,long telescopic distance and standardized design,the telescopic chain conveyor is suitable for fire shutter doors with different specifications.
