摘要

随着自动化、智能化控制技术的快速发展,广泛应用于港口码头的抓斗门座起重机的自动化研究与应用成为很多港口企业、高校及科研院所的关注热点.文中以抓斗门座起重机为研究对象,重点叙述了基于GNSS高精度冗余控制定位系统、高精度智能三维扫描技术、抓斗智能防摇技术、甩斗及掏舱作业技术、多机安全防撞系统、多机协同作业技术、自动化综合安防系统、基于HMI系统的远程操作平台、门座起重机智能运维技术、自动化门座起重机标准化等关键技术,实现了抓斗门座起重机自动化,改变了司机的传统作业模式,减轻了司机工作强度,提升了抓斗门座起重机装卸作业本质安全水平.

Abstract

With the rapid development of automation and intelligent control technology,the automation research and application of grab-bucket gantry crane,which is widely used in port terminals,has become the focus of many port enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes.In this paper,taking the grab portal crane as the research object,the key technologies such as high-precision redundant control and positioning system based on GNSS,high-precision intelligent three-dimensional scanning technology,grab intelligent anti-shake technology,bucket-throwing and cabin-digging operation technology,multi-machine safety anti-collision system,multi-machine cooperative operation technology,automatic comprehensive security system,remote operation platform based on HMI system,intelligent operation and maintenance technology of portal crane,standardization of automatic portal crane and so on are emphatically introduced.The realization of the automation of the grab portal crane completely changes the traditional driver's working mode and reduces the driver's work intensity and improves the essential safety level of the loading and unloading operation of the grab portal crane.
