摘要

岸边集装箱起重机是港口集装箱装卸的主要设备,其制作流程复杂,涉及机械、电气、液压等众多领域;制作工艺复杂,涉及机加工装配、焊接、涂装、总装等环节.在岸边集装箱起重机焊接的环节主要采用埋弧焊、气保焊,尤其是在特点构件特定位只能采用手工焊接,存在效率低、焊接质量不高、焊后打磨工作量较大等问题.因此,从生产制作的痛点入手,以AWS D1.1 标准为指导,以定制化的标书技术要求为目标,重点从技术方面研究异种材质以及同种材质螺柱焊技术,针对岸边集装箱起重机零部件制作的结构特点、制作流程、制作特点进行综合分析,旨在解决制作过程中焊接制作流程优化、质量问题、焊工短缺、焊后打磨等问题,最终实现岸边集装箱起重机制作过程中部分构件的高效和绿色焊接,推进制作工艺的创新.

Abstract

The quayside container crane is the main equipment used in container loading and unloading in ports,and its production is complicated,involving many fields such as machinery、electrical、hydraulic,and its manufacturing process is also complicated,involving machining,assembly,welding,painting and final assembly.Submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding are mainly used in the welding of quayside container cranes,but only manual welding can be used for specific positions of characteristic components,leading to problems,such as low efficiency,poor welding quality and heavy workload of polishing after welding.Therefore,starting from the production difficulties,observing AWS D1.1 standard and technical requirements of bidding documents,stud welding technology of dissimilar materials and the same material is studied from the technical aspect.According to the structural characteristics,manufacturing process and manufacturing characteristics of parts and components of quayside container crane,analysis was carried out,aiming at solving the problems such as optimization of welding process,quality problems,shortage of welders,post-welding polishing and so on,finally realizing efficient and green welding of some components in quayside container crane manufacturing process,and promoting the innovation of manufacturing process.
