摘要

针对铁路轨道打磨电动机运行故障率较高,故障后对轨道打磨工作质量影响较大,且传统的人工巡检方式无法及时发现故障的问题,文中设计了一套能实时采集铁路轨道打磨电动机运行状态数据的远程监测系统,采用分层设计的理念,实现了对打磨电动机运行状态数据进行数据采集、数据存储、数据传输以及数据展示等相关处理的功能,并以此为基础对电动机进行故障诊断,在电动机发生故障时进行报警并推送故障诊断结果,从而极大地提高了铁路轨道打磨电动机的工作运行效率.

Abstract

Considering that the failure rate of railway track grinding motor is high,which has a great influence on the quality of track grinding,and the failure can not be found in time by traditional manual inspection,in this paper,a remote monitoring system which can collect the running state data of railway track grinding motor in real time is proposed.The system adopts the concept of hierarchical design,and realizes the functions of collecting,storing,transmitting and displaying the running state data of grinding motor.On this basis,the motor failure diagnosis was carried out.Once the motor fails,it will immediately give an alarm and push the fault diagnosis result,thus greatly increasing the efficiency of railway track grinding motor.
