摘要

文中针对恒速运行的带式输送机在运行阶段因运载量的波动引起的能耗问题,提出了基于自学习优化的节能调速控制策略,以某带式输送机为例建立带式输送机的运载量-带速模型.然后将分段式模糊PID控制方法和自学习优化方法的有机结合,提出了带式输送机的节能调速控制策略.最后通过Simulink工具箱建立仿真模型对该策略进行验证,研究结果表明,自学习节能调速控制策略在带式输送机全生命周期中均可实现有效的速度调节.

Abstract

For the energy consumption caused by the fluctuation of carrying capacity in the operation of belt conveyor with constant speed,an energy-saving speed control strategy based on self-learning optimization is proposed.Taking a belt conveyor as an example,the carrying capacity-belt speed model of belt conveyor was established.Then,combining the segmented fuzzy PID control method with the self-learning optimization method,an energy-saving speed control strategy for belt conveyor was proposed.Finally,a simulation model was established by using Simulink toolbox to verify the proposed strategy.The results show that the self-learning energy-saving speed regulation control strategy can bring effective speed regulation effect during the whole life cycle of belt conveyor.
