摘要

随着集装箱码头AGV数量的增多,在作业过程中出现的大量路径冲突从而导致碳排放严重增加.文中针对路径冲突导致的碳排放量增加的问题,考虑到AGV冲突等因素,建立了以最小化AGV碳排放量为目标的模型,基于传统的A-Star算法设计了改进A-Star算法,对新增道路使用信息进行存储,并在寻路时考虑路段的使用情况.对某集装箱码头AGV路网进行仿真实验,通过不同冲突策略验证算法的可行性和有效性,结果表明在路径改进算法可以有效地对路径进行优化,使多AGV在作业过程中的碳排放量减小了 10%以上.

Abstract

With the increasing number of AGV in container terminals,a large number of path conflicts occur during the operation,resulting in a significant increase in carbon emissions.For the increase of carbon emissions caused due to path conflict,a model to minimize AGV carbon emissions is established,taking into account factors such as AGV conflict.Based on the traditional A-Star algorithm,an modified A-Star algorithm is proposed,which is used to store the usage data of new paths and consider the usage of path sections when finding paths.The AGV road network of a container terminal was simulated to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of different conflict strategy verification algorithms.The results show that the path improvement algorithm can effectively optimize the path and reduce the carbon emissions of multiple AGVs by more than 10%.
