摘要

文中采用离散单元法,使用EDEM软件研究了竖直埋刮板卸船机物料运输过程中物料颗粒半径放大倍数对物料质量流量、料流速度和颗粒总数的影响.经过对比发现,颗粒半径的放大对于物料的质量流量、料流速度的影响基本可以忽略,因此对于主要关注点在质量流量和速度等物理量的仿真可以通过放大颗粒半径减少计算量.颗粒半径放大倍数在 3 倍以内时,颗粒的数量会大幅降低,大于 3 倍后颗粒数量的降低幅度会放缓.研究结论为相关仿真提供了相应的参考.

Abstract

Using discrete element method and EDEM software,the influence of magnification of material particle size on material mass flow,material flow speed and total particle number during material conveying of vertical buried scraper ship unloader was studied.By comparison,it is found that the influence of the enlargement of particle size on the mass flow and velocity of materials can be basically ignored,so the calculation amount can be reduced by enlarging particle radius when simulating physical quantities such as mass flow and velocity.In case of a magnification of particle size not more than 3 times,the number of particles will be greatly reduced,and in case of a magnification more than 3 times,the reduction of particle number will slow down.The above research conclusion can serve as a reference for related simulation studies.
