摘要

文中基于先进的传感技术、光电扫描技术、自动控制技术和计算机软件技术,采取理论分析和技术设计、试验研究和现场应用相结合的方法解决F-TR锁自动化智能解锁作业系统中光电扫描智能对中、称重传感智能判断、卸箱作业流程软件、车辆防吊起综合智能判断等技术难点,并进行系统集成设计与实现,构建一个高效的、智能的、安全规范的卸箱自动化作业系统,力图使用智能软件和传感仪器确保装卸作业安全,避免司机误操作产生的人为差错.最终,通过实验验证该系统能够稳定可靠并且高效地实现其设计目的.

Abstract

In this paper,based on advanced sensing technology,photoelectric scanning technology,automatic control technology and computer software technology,theoretical analysis and technical design,experimental research and field application were combined to solve the technical difficulties in photoelectric scanning intelligent centering,weighing sensor intelligent judgment,unloading operation process software and comprehensive intelligent judgment of vehicle lifting prevention in F-TR lock automatic intelligent unlocking operation system,and the system integration design and implementation were carried out.An efficient,intelligent,safe and standardized automatic operation system for unloading containers was constructed to ensure the safe loading and unloading operations with intelligent software and sensing instruments and avoid human errors caused by drivers'misoperation.Finally,experiments show that the system can achieve its design purpose stably,reliably and efficiently.
