摘要

文中针对因钢丝绳悬垂造成的卸船机抓斗不能顺利开闭以及定位不准确问题,以某型2500t/h电差动四卷筒桥式抓斗卸船机为研究对象,基于悬索理论建立两端等高、不等高悬索索长与端处悬索张力关系式以及垂度和中央挠度的表达式,并对各关键参数进行了定量分析.最后通过Matlab中Simulink模块仿真得到抓斗在任意位置开启、闭合时海陆两侧开闭卷筒角位移以及抓斗在任意位置开启所需开闭卷筒旋转角位移,为卸船机抓斗的定位和开闭控制研究提供理论基础.

Abstract

Considering the opening and closing failure of the grab bucket of the ship unloader and inaccurate positioning due to the hanging of the steel wire rope,taking a 2 500 t/h electric differential four-drum bridge grab ship unloader as the research object,based on the suspension cable theory,the relationship between the cable length and the cable tension at both ends of the same height and unequal height,as well as the expressions of sag and central deflection were established,and the key parameters were quantitatively analyzed.Finally,the angular displacement of the opening and closing drum on both sea and land sides and the rotational angular displacement of the opening and closing drum required for opening the grab bucket at any position were obtained by Simulink module in Matlab,which provides a theoretical basis for the researches on the positioning and opening and closing control of the grab bucket of the ship unloader in the future.
