With the ever-demanding requirements of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the intelligent level in the field of inspection and detection,an intelligent detection platform is established for emerging key technologies such as rapid detection,intelligent detection,online detection,cloud detection and others to combine the augmented reality(AR)intelligent equipment with the key inspection items that require audio-visual recording in the new elevator inspection regulation TSG T7001-2023 Regulation for Loft Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection.Through the platform,the audio-visual recording of elevator inspection process can be realized through hardware wearing and software editing of AR intelligent equipment,and the editing and task release of elevator inspection standard operating procedures can be provided.It can solve the problems encountered in elevator inspection online by configuring equipment knowledge base,remote assistance,dynamic/static remote labeling and other functions.The combination of AR intelligent equipment and elevator inspection items can not only improve the efficiency of elevator inspectors and standardize the inspection process,but also increase the scientificity,accuracy and traceability of inspection results.
