摘要

随着制造业生产不断向自动化、数字化、智能化方向的发展,市场竞争日益激烈,仓库管理模式面临着越来越多的挑战.为此,文中通过构建一个基于双胞胎技术的数字孪生智能仓库管理体系,解决出库批次任务的调度问题,并提供仓储信息的透明、远程智能监控、动态重新配置等服务,从而提升企业的管理效率和经营效益.另外,通过采用领先的仓储IT,大大提升了出入库流程的协作效率,为智造行业的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础.

Abstract

With the development of manufacturing industry towards automation,digitalization and intelligence,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the warehouse management mode is facing more and more challenges.Therefore,a digital twin intelligent warehouse management system based on twin technology is constructed to solve the scheduling of outbound batch tasks,and provide services such as transparency of warehouse information,remote intelligent monitoring and dynamic reconfiguration,so as to improve the management efficiency and operating efficiency of enterprises.In addition,the adoption of advanced warehousing IT has greatly improved the cooperation efficiency of the warehousing process and laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the intellectual manufacturing industry.
