摘要

结合竖井管片拼装的要求,文中设计了一种可沿轨道±210°运行的环行起重机.通过研究管片吊点的位置,提出了一种无需中转装置的运输方案,从而提高了管片输送的效率.同时,基于面齿传动原理,提出了一种弧形齿条与直齿轮啮合的行走驱动方案,并通过增大齿轮模数、轮齿修形等方式提高了齿轮齿条的承载能力.另外,通过对比分析各种供电方案的优缺点,确定了采用环形拖链的供电方案.经工程实践检验,该环行起重机设计方案合理可行,能满足竖井管片吊装的需求,为竖井掘进机功能设计提供了思路及技术参考.

Abstract

In combination with the requirements of vertical shaft segment assembly,in this paper,a polar crane which can run along the track±210 degrees is put forward.By studying the position of segment hanging point,a transportation plan without transfer device is proposed,which improves the efficiency of segment transportation.In addition,based on the principle of face gear transmission,a travelling drive plan of meshing arc rack with spur gear is proposed,and the bearing capacity of gear rack is improved by increasing gear modulus and gear tooth modification.Based on the comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various power supply plans,the power supply plan with circular drag chain was determined.The engineering practice shows that the design plan of the polar crane is reasonable and feasible,can meet the requirements of hoisting shaft segments and provide ideas and technical references for the future functional design of shaft boring machines.
