摘要

文中针对轨道式集装箱起重机集装箱吊具经常出现故障报警的问题,结合整机电气控制逻辑、电气报警控制、信号传输等因素,提出一种基于整机系统分析的吊具故障诊断方案.该方案采用机械电气相结合的方法,从整机的故障报警显示系统数据分析到信号传输过程论证,并模拟司机开闭锁工况,利用模拟控制箱对吊具进行大量模拟测试,针对测试结果给出了优化措施.通过现场故障诊断测试结果表明,该方案能够得到更高、更全面的故障问题原因,满足集装箱装卸堆场故障检测的要求.

Abstract

Considering that the container spreader of rail container crane often sends fault alarm,a fault diagnosis plan of the spreader based on the system analysis of the whole machine is put forward by combining the factors such as electrical control logic,electrical alarm control and signal transmission.This plan is based on the combination of mechanical and electrical methods,from the data analysis of the fault alarm display system of the whole machine to the demonstration of signal transmission process,and simulates the driver's opening and closing conditions.A large number of simulation tests were carried out on the spreader by using the simulation control box,and optimization measures were given according to the test results.The on-site fault diagnosis test results show that the fault causes can be found in a more efficient and comprehensive manner by adopting this plan,which meets the fault detection requirements of container loading and unloading yards.
