Although the circular tube belt conveyor has the advantage of closed transportation,there are still some shortcomings compared with the ordinary belt conveyor,such as the transverse stiffness of the conveyor belt will cause the conveyor belt to warp.In this paper,the conveyor belt warpage is modeled based on six-point stiffness test,and the conveyor belt warpage is qualitatively analyzed through the simulation model.The results show that the warpage of the conveyor belt increases nonlinearly with the transverse stiffness of the conveyor belt,and decreases nonlinearly with the tension,and increases with the increase of the roller spacing,which provides a reference for the selection of the conveyor belt and the design of the circular tube belt conveyor.
