摘要
应用于叉车的燃料电池在运行过程中会产生水分,需要对燃料电池产生的水分进行收集,在燃料电池系统内配置集水箱系统.文中对燃料电池集水箱系统进行了详细分析,绘制出集水箱系统原理图;设计了不锈钢集水箱,并为防止集水箱内液面波动在集水箱内设置有隔板.为了减少集水箱的成本,设计了聚乙烯材料滚塑成形集水箱,进行了利于滚塑成形和集水箱的加强设计.进行了聚乙烯材料集水箱系统零部件选型修改,将液位传感器替换成浮球开关.经过实验室测试和在叉车上运行,集水箱系统能够对燃料电池系统水分进行收集,满足了叉车场景对燃料电池系统集水和定时排水的要求.
Abstract
The fuel cell of forklift will generate moisture during operation,so it is necessary to collect the moisture generated by the fuel cell,and a water collecting tank system is arranged in the fuel cell system.In this paper,the fuel cell water collecting tank system is analyzed in detail,and the schematic diagram of the water collecting tank system is given.The design of stainless steel water collecting tank is put forward,and in order to prevent the liquid level fluctuation in the water collecting tank,a partition plate is arranged in the water collecting tank.In order to reduce the cost of the water collecting tank,the water collecting tank formed by rotational molding of polyethylene material was designed.Considering the rotational molding,the design that is beneficial to rotational molding is carried out,and the strengthening design of the water collecting tank is carried out.The selection and modification of components of polyethylene water collecting tank system were carried out,and the liquid level sensor was replaced by a floating ball switch.The laboratory test and operation on the forklift show that the water collecting tank system can collect water from the fuel cell system,which can meet the requirements of the forklift scene for water collection and regular drainage of the fuel cell system.
