国际标准ISO 4301-1:2016《起重机—分级—第1部分:总则》比对

摘要
文中通过对比国际标准ISO 4301-1:2016《起重机—分级—第1部分:总则》与ISO 4301-1:1986《起重机和起重机械—分级—第1部分:总则》,分析了ISO 4301-1:2016的4个主要技术内容变化,即细化整机级别划分、变更机构分级参数、新增平均位移分级方法及零部件分级规定,阐述了在ISO 4301 系列其他国际标准中引用及国内外标准中采用情况,为我国标准化组织、企业及社会各方提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,by comparing ISO 4301-1:2016 Cranes-Classification-Part 1:General with ISO 4301-1:1986 Cranes and Lifting Appliance-Classification-Part 1:General,the changes of four main technical contents of ISO 4301-1:2016 are analyzed,i.e.,refinement of the classification of the whole machine,changes in the classification parameters of the organization,addition of the classification method of average displacement and the classification regulations of parts,the citation in other international standards of ISO 4301 series and the adoption in domestic and foreign standards are explained in detail,which can serve as a reference for standardization organizations,enterprises and all sectors of society in China.
