摘要
文中提出一种基于振动分析的造船龙门起重机运维系统,详细介绍了该运维系统的构成、振动数据采集和分析方法,并以造船龙门起重机的起升机构为例介绍振动数据分析过程,阐释了设备状态评估流程和意义,针对设备状态评估标准现状并结合经验给出了设备状态分类表,可为设备运维系统设计提供有益参考.
Abstract
In this paper,an operation and maintenance system of shipbuilding gantry crane based on vibration analysis is proposed,and the composition of the operation and maintenance system and the method of collecting and analyzing vibration data are introduced in detail.Taking the hoisting mechanism of shipbuilding gantry crane as an example,the vibration data analysis process is introduced,the process and significance of equipment condition evaluation are explained,and the equipment condition classification table is given based on the current situation and experience of equipment condition evaluation standards,which can provide reference for the design of equipment operation and maintenance system.
