物流行业智能仓库自动配货出库研究

摘要
随着物流行业的快速发展,传统的人工配货出库方式已经无法满足高效、精确、快速的需求.智能立体仓库自动配货出库系统应运而生,实现仓库运营的自动化和智能化,可提高了仓库的运作效率和生产力.文中通过建立包括目标函数、约束函数的出库配货模型,量化出库配货方案,并根据余弦值计算单据内商品的关联度,将相同或相似的商品按照一定规则进行分组,批量进行配货提高效率.此外,对智能立体仓库自动配货出库系统进行深入研究,详细阐述额其原理、关键技术以及在实际应用中的优势和挑战.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the traditional manual delivery mode can no longer meet the needs of high efficiency,accuracy and speed.Therefore,the automatic distribution system of intelligent stereoscopic warehouse came into being,which realized the automation and intelligence of warehouse operation and improved the efficiency and productivity of warehouse operation.In this paper,by establishing an outgoing distribution model including objective function and constraint function,the outgoing distribution plan is quantified,and the correlation degree of goods in the document is calculated according to cosine value,and the same or similar goods are grouped according to certain rules,and the work efficiency is improved by batch distribution.In addition,the automatic distribution system of intelligent stereoscopic warehouse is deeply studied,and its principle,key technologies,advantages and challenges in practical application are explained in detail.
