摘要
为推动港口和内陆集装箱门式起重机产品制造高水平发展,小车架作为集装箱门式起重机产品的直接承载结构,起升缠绕安装精度的要求较高.文中通过分析起升缠绕各关键性装配环节,优化改善安装工艺及操作要点、加强质量控制措施,并通过利用专用工装等措施有效地控制安装精度,保证了起升、缠绕和小车等机构的排装有效性和系统稳定性,延长产品使用寿命,提高了产品质量和公司市场竞争力.
Abstract
The trolley frame is the direct bearing structure of container gantry crane,and its hoisting and winding installation accuracy is high.In order to promote the high-level development of container gantry cranes in ports and inland areas,in this paper,by analyzing the key assembly steps in the process of hoisting and winding,optimizing the installation process and operation points,strengthening quality control measures,and using special tooling and other measures to effectively control the installation accuracy,the arrangement and installation efficiency and system stability of hoisting mechanism,winding mechanism and trolley are ensured,the service life of products is prolonged,and the quality of products and the market competitiveness of the company are improved.
