摘要
港机产品制造属于典型的离散型重工制造行业,具有产品个性化、零件大型化、工艺复杂性高的特征.智能制造转型关系企业未来的竞争力,文中结合精益理念,以数字化转型和装备升级为核心,研究港机智能制造的总体思路、内容和实施路径,为大型装备制造企业的智能化转型提供借鉴.
Abstract
The manufacturing of port machinery is a typical discrete heavy industry,which has the characteristics of personalized products,large parts and high process complexity.The transformation of intelligent manufacturing is related to the future competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,combined with lean concept,focusing on digital transformation and equipment upgrading,the overall idea,content and implementation path of intelligent manufacturing of port machinery are studied,which provide reference for intelligent transformation of large equipment manufacturing enterprises.
