运动参量耦合下起重机偏斜运行水平侧向载荷的形成机制研究

摘要
文中针对在服役状态下由复杂运动参量耦合引起的起重机偏斜侧向载荷难以准确量化的问题,采用理论建模和仿真分析相结合的方法开展研究.分别建立力学模型和动态虚拟仿真模型对偏斜侧向载荷的形成机制进行理论分析与验证,通过理论分析提出了基于多运动参量耦合的起重机偏斜运行侧向载荷的量化计算准则,仿真分析与理论计算结果的一致性验证了理论计算模型的基本准确.该研究具有重要理论意义与工程价值,可为起重机结构设计与服役安全评价提供理论支撑与技术支持.
Abstract
Considering that it is difficult to accurately quantify the oblique lateral load of crane caused by the coupling of complex motion parameters in service,the research is carried out by combining theoretical modeling and simulation analysis.A mechanical model and a dynamic virtual simulation model are established respectively,which are used to analyze and verify the formation mechanism of skew lateral load.Through theoretical analysis,a quantitative calculation criterion of crane skew lateral load based on multi-motion parameter coupling is put forward.The results of simulation analysis and theoretical calculation are consistent,which shows that the theoretical calculation model is basically accurate.This research has important theoretical significance and engineering value,and can provide theoretical and technical basis for crane structure design and service safety evaluation.
