基于有限质点法和代理模型的加筋箱梁结构筋板尺寸优化

摘要
为解决加筋箱梁结构筋板尺寸的优化问题,文中先用无需构建刚度矩阵直接求解几何非线性问题的有限质点法对结构进行屈曲分析,再由基于泛克里金代理模型和多岛遗传算法相结合的全局搜索策略优化筋板的尺寸,从而在保证分析精度的条件下节省数值计算的时间,最后以单向受弯箱梁节段为例对其屈曲分析和尺寸优化设计.通过与原模型的比较,在优化过程收敛性好、时间成本低的情况下满足了提升承载性能的目标,验证了所提出的优化方法的可靠性.
Abstract
To optimize the size of stiffened box girder structure,in this paper,the finite particle method was used to analyze the buckling of the structure directly without building stiffness matrix,and then the global search strategy based on Pan-Kriging proxy model and multi-island genetic algorithm was used to optimize the size of stiffened plate,thus saving the time of numerical calculation while ensuring the analysis accuracy.Finally,taking a box girder segment subjected to one-way bending as an example,the buckling analysis and size optimization design were carried out.The comparison with the original model shows that the goal of improving the bearing capacity can be achieved with good convergence and low time cost,which verifies the reliability of the proposed optimization method.
