摘要

1780 热轧卷取机的卷筒支撑箱双列圆锥滚子轴承在使用过程中经常因温度过高发生损坏,卷筒外支撑轴承使用寿命低,外支撑轴承轴端挡板因挡板螺栓经常断裂而出现脱落.为此,文中对原有图纸进行深度分析,就原设计参考国外技术不彻底的几个关键点,叙述了通过合理分担重载卷筒卷取作业和轻载松卷作业时的轴向力,解决 1780 热轧卷取运行过程中显现的实际问题.

Abstract

The double-row tapered roller bearing of the drum support box of 1780 hot-rolling coiler is often damaged due to high temperature during use,and the service life of the outer support bearing of the drum is short,and the baffle at the shaft end of the outer support bearing falls off because the baffle bolt often breaks.Therefore,in this paper,the authors makes a deep analysis of the original drawings,and introduces how to solve the practical problems in the coiling operation of 1780 hot-rolling coiler by reasonably sharing the axial force during the coiling operation of heavy-duty drum and the unwinding operation of light-duty drum.
