With the adjustment of product structure and the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in iron and steel industry,more and more unmanned chemical plant(workshop)construction or renovation projects of finished steel plate appear,and the demand for sheet pilers is increasing,and the requirements for intelligent sheet piler also become ever-demanding.Problems such as high temperature,heavy dust,high noise and high vibration generally exist in steel rolling workshops.Such harsh environment indeed affects the accuracy and sensitivity of the sheet piler detection system,and the positioning detection accuracy of the sheet piler restricts its working performance and the production efficiency of the whole workshop.Based on a large number of case studies,a set of techniques using laser pulse detection,code reading detection and grading information comparison were developed,and a complete intelligent and accurate detection model was established,thus improving the detection accuracy of sheet pilers.
