摘要
起重机械的金属结构,尤其是主要受力构件是其安全保障的基础.一些在役的老旧起重机械已发现存在不同程度的主要受力构件变形及磨损,存在较大的安全隐患.目前,传统的起重机械金属结构检测均为单点测量,无论是接触式测量或非接触式测量,均无法全面地反映起重机械金属结构的整体性能状态.三维激光扫描技术通过快速、大面积地扫描被测物体,形成全局三维点云模型,通过专用软件可以方便地获取及分析任何位置的尺寸、变形、磨损等数据,更全面地评估设备的整体安全状况.
Abstract
The metal structure of hoisting machinery,especially the main load-bearing components,is the basis structure to ensure the safety of hoisting machinery.Different degrees of deformation and wear have been found in the main load-bearing components of many old cranes in service,bringing hidden dangers.Currently,the traditional inspection of crane metal structure is mainly about the single point measurement,and neither contact measurement nor non-contact measurement can fully reflect the overall performance of crane metal structure.Three-dimensional laser scanning technique is used to establish a global three-dimensional point cloud model by scanning the measured object quickly and in a large area.Through special software,it can easily obtain and analyze the data of size,deformation and wear at any position,and evaluate the overall safety of the equipment more comprehensively.
