摘要

铰接式转向是工程装载和矿用车辆常用的转向形式,与车轮偏转的转向方式不同,它利用前后车架相对偏转的方式实现转向.其特点是当工作装置安装在前车架上 2 段车架相对偏转时,行驶方向始终与前车架一致,有利于迅速对准作业面、减少循环时间、提高生产率,显示了铰接底盘特有的机动性.当铰接车架相对偏转时,车轮轴线在地面的投影交于一点,能避免弯道行驶时因车轮滚动+方向的偏差而产生侧滑,从而简化转向机构.这样既不需要转向梯形机构,也能免除偏转驱动轮时所需的等角速万向节机构.文中通过建立铰接转向的动力学模型,从静止和转向行驶两种情况分析车辆轮荷分配特性,掌握铰接式转向车辆的轮荷分布机理,并且以装载机为例进行计算机仿真.

Abstract

Articulated steering is a common steering mode for engineering loading and mining vehicles,which is different from the steering mode of wheel deflection.It uses the relative deflection of the front and rear frames to realize steering.Articulated steering has the following characteristics:when the working device is installed on the front frame and the two frames are relatively deflected,the driving direction is always consistent with the front frame,which is conducive to quickly aligning the working surface,reducing cycle time and improving productivity,showing the unique mobility of the articulated chassis.When the articulated frame is relatively deflected,the projection of the wheel axis on the ground intersects at one point,which can avoid the side slip caused due to the deviation of wheel rolling and direction when driving in a curve,thus simplifying the steering mechanism.Therefore,even if there is no steering trapezoidal mechanism,the constant angular velocity universal joint mechanism required for deflecting the driving wheel can be removed.A dynamic model of articulated steering was established to analyze the wheel load distribution characteristics of vehicles under static and steering driving conditions,thus revealing the wheel load distribution mechanism of articulated steering vehicles,and computer simulation was performed with loader as an example.
