摘要

文中以 1 200 t风电安装平台主起重机为例,详细介绍了穿绳实施规则及流程,并针对本项目变幅缠绕系统、主钩缠绕系统特点,制定了新型合理的穿绳工艺方案,提高了施工效率、节省了人力、改善了施工流程,并保证了钢丝绳的预紧力及安装质量,规避了后续起重作业安全风险,为类似起重机的穿绳提供了指导.

Abstract

Taking the main crane of a 1200 t wind farm installation platform as an example,the implementation rules and procedures of rope threading are introduced in detail,and based on the characteristics of luffing winding system and main hook winding system in this project,a new and reasonable rope threading process proposal is formulated,which improves the construction efficiency,saves manpower,improves the construction process,ensures the pre-tightening force and installation quality of steel wire ropes,avoids the safety risks in subsequent hoisting operations,and provides guidance for rope threading of similar cranes.
