气垫压带输送机凸弧段分析研究

摘要
垂直气垫压带输送机的技术要点为压紧力的大小和凹凸弧段气膜的承载力.凹凸弧段气室提供的气膜承载力能否满足输送要求是凹凸弧段能否使用气室替代托辊的关键.文中通过对凸弧段进行受力分析,推导出输送带张力和气膜承载力的公式,改变气孔排数,选择正压区域 5 排、7 排、9 排气孔的双圆弧气室进行仿真,比较总压压力云图和正侧压承载力.结果表明:5 排气孔的双圆弧气室内流量损失减少,气膜稳定,承载力较大.
Abstract
The key technical points of vertical air cushion belt conveyor are the pressing force and the bearing capacity of gas film in concave-convex arc section.Whether the gas film bearing capacity provided by the concave-convex arc air chamber can meet the transportation requirements is the key to decide whether the air chamber can replace the idler.Through the stress analysis of the convex arc section,the formulas of conveyor belt tension and gas film bearing capacity were derived,and the number of air holes was changed.The double-arc air chambers with 5 rows,7 rows and 9 exhaust holes in the positive pressure area were selected for simulation,and the total pressure cloud map and positive lateral pressure bearing capacity were compared.The results show that the flow loss in the double-arc gas chamber with 5 exhaust holes was reduced,the gas film was stable and the bearing capacity was high.
