智能仓储系统在智能制造智慧工厂的应用

摘要
文中采用智慧物流立库解决方案——智能制造物流立库系统,建立了智能制造线性驱动行业中功能齐全物流储运中心,以解决产品多样、搬运效率低下、存储自动化程度低、信息传递不完整等问题,且能快速满足客户的需求.该系统可提升 12 倍库存容量,节省 60%人力成本,提升 90%作业效率,同时库存周转亦缩短 50%.该项目通过先进的物流规划和应用库存管理系统,建成为融合成品、包材、辅料等自动入库、存储、出库、拆零拣选等功能于一体的物流中心,并通过数字孪生系统,使整个物流输送系统流程可视化,从而助力K电器打造智能制造智慧工厂.
Abstract
In this paper,a logistics storage and transportation center with complete functions in the intelligent manufacturing linear drive industry is established by using the intelligent manufacturing logistics storage system,which solves the problems of diverse products,low handling efficiency,low storage automation and incomplete information transmission,and quickly meets the needs of customers.The system can increase the warehousing capacity by 12 times,save 60%labor cost,improve operation efficiency by 90%,and shorten the inventory turnover by 50%.In this project,through advanced logistics planning and application of inventory management system,a logistics center integrating the functions of automatic warehousing,storage,warehousing,unpacking and sorting of finished products,packaging materials,auxiliary materials,etc.is built,and the whole logistics transportation system process is visualized through the digital twin system,thus helping K Electric to build a smart manufacturing smart factory.
