摘要

对于小型处理强放射性物质的独立屏蔽热室,由于无法设置起重机检修间,且人员无法进入热室内对热室内维修起重机,故无法采用常规起重机方案进行物料转运.该类起重机需考虑热室内部件的免维护设计,将对放射性较为敏感的电气驱动部件设置在热室外,文中阐述了对驱动外置热室起重机的设计要点,从整体布局、传动系统、传动贯穿件、起升机构等方面进行了分析,并阐述了耦合长传动链传动技术以及高精度定位技术等驱动外置起重机的关键技术,为后续该类型起重机的设计研发提供参考思路.

Abstract

Considering the fact that the crane maintenance room cannot be set up in the small independent shielded hot chamber for handling highly radioactive materials,and personnel cannot enter the hot chamber to repair the crane,it is impossible to transfer materials through the conventional crane proposal.For this kind of crane,the maintenance-free design of the components inside the hot chamber shall be considered,and the electrical drive components that are sensitive to radioactivity shall be set outside the hot chamber.In this paper,the design points of driving the external hot chamber crane are introduced,and the overall layout,transmission system,transmission penetration,hoisting mechanism and other aspects are analyzed,and the key technologies of driving the external crane,such as coupling long transmission chain transmission technology and high-precision positioning technology,are described in detail,which can provide reference for the subsequent design and research and development of such cranes.
