摘要
文中以煤矿井下带式输送机永磁驱动系统为对象,对永磁直驱系统技术性能、经济性、维护成本进行分析,并详细介绍了永磁直驱系统的组成、结构及永磁电动机的工作原理,通过带式输送机各驱动系统的对比分析,总结驱动系统的应用状况,对永磁直驱系统在实际应用中遇到的故障进行分析,为以后各矿带式输送机改造、新建及其他类似场合的应用等参考.
Abstract
Taking the permanent magnet drive system of underground belt conveyor in coal mine as the object,the technical performance,economy and maintenance cost of the permanent magnet direct drive system are analyzed,and the composition and structure of the permanent magnet direct drive system and the working principle of the permanent magnet motor are introduced in detail.By comparing and analyzing each drive system of the belt conveyor,the application status of the drive system is summarized,and the faults encountered in the practical application of the permanent magnet direct drive system are analyzed,which provides reference for the transformation,development and application of belt conveyor in other similar occasions in the future.
