摩擦输送机在汽车涂装烘房的应用

摘要
文中介绍了汽车涂装烘房构成及未来发展趋势,对烘房高温环境中现有链式输送设备存在的问题进行讨论;从摩擦输送机系统中各构成部件耐热特性进行分析,并针对不同温度条件的烘房,对其结构及布置进行优化,以实现摩擦输送机在各烘房内应用的目的.
Abstract
In this paper,the structure and future development trend of automobile paint drying room are introduced,and problems existing in the existing chain conveying equipment in the high temperature environment of drying room are discussed.The heat resistance characteristics of each component in the friction conveyor system are analyzed,and the structure and layout of drying rooms under different temperature conditions are optimized,so that the friction conveyor can be used inside each drying room.
