摘要

文中针对某冶金企业的阳极铜板搬运项目,基于Solidworks三维软件设计了适用于阳极铜板转运的全自动门式起重机.在设计中结合传统设计经验和创新理念,充分利用有限空间场所,采用紧凑型结构、接触式防摇及可调式起升机构等设计,结合PLC自动控制系统,实现了门式起重机的全自动运行.

Abstract

As for the anode copper plate handling of a metallurgical plant,a fully automatic gantry crane suitable for anode copper plate transfer was designed based on SolidWorks three-dimensional software.In the design,the traditional design experience and innovative ideas were combined to realize the full utilization of limited spaces,the compact structure,contact anti-sway devices and adjustable hoisting mechanism were adopted,and the PLC automatic control system was applied to realize the full-automatic operation of gantry cranes.
